ANDREW & GAIA GRANT BIOGRAPHY
Both Andrew and Gaia Grant are speakers on leadership & creativity, they have worked on leadership and team development for top executive clients in multinational companies throughout the world for more than 15 years. They are recognized leaders in the field and successful keynote speakers on Leadership.
Andrew & Gaia are the directors of Tirian, authors of ‘Who Killed Creativity?’, and creative designers of Tirian programs which are sold under license internationally. They are in high demand as keynote speakers and have shared the stage with top international speakers such as Stephen Covey, Jonas Ridderstrale and Bob Nelson.
They have been keynote presenters and executive level facilitators in over 15 countries, and have successfully worked with over 30 different nationalities. They are creative thinkers and innovators.
They have presented at the global leadership conference for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) & World Presidents’ Organization (WPO), where several key sessions were run including the opening keynote, and moderation of the inaugural merger meeting between YPO & WPO. The feedback received after the event was rated one of the highest ever achieved.
They have also been invited to speak on Leadership in the Middle East, presenting to over 2000 participants.
Previously, as a lecturer in Education at the Central Philippines University, Andrew worked on breakthrough education projects across Asia. He has also worked pro bono with aid groups in El Salvador, Thailand and tribal India. In 1996 he worked with the International and Indian Schools Total Health Program and helped to produce a health program that today is now reaching over 25 million children worldwide.
Andrew has co-authored several books (including his latest book on creativity “Who Killed Creativity” (Wiley 2012) with Gaia Grant) plus over 30 corporate educational resources, simulations & programs that are licensed worldwide. He has featured on BBC and ABC TV, Singapore radio, and in several international newspapers and magazines, including the Wall St Journal and Financial Review. In 2011 he was ranked as one of the top 30 leadership gurus in the world.
When not travelling – Andrew & Gaia live with their family between Sydney & Bali.
